1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and WC99 Game ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the WC99 Game website, mobile app or any services made available through the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all activities on the platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, bonus claims and any communications with the support team. 2. Eligibility

If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts belonging to that individual will be closed and any balances will be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested during the verification process. It is your responsibility to keep your account information current. WC99 Game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend account activity pending verification.

Your login credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the support team immediately. WC99 Game will not be responsible for losses incurred due to unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on WC99 Game are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and select mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount is stated on the cashier page and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. WC99 Game is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, your bank or your mobile wallet service.

• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may result in account suspension.

• Deposited funds are non-transferable between players.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. If the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, you will be required to verify an alternative method in your own name before the withdrawal can be processed.

Before a withdrawal can be approved, WC99 Game may require you to complete identity and payment method verification. This is a standard process and applies to all players. Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will remain pending until the required documents are reviewed and approved.

• Withdrawal processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically among the fastest channels available.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their wagering requirements before the underlying deposit or winnings can be withdrawn.

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

WC99 Game offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps.

General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who meet the stated requirements at the time the offer is active.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using real-money bets on eligible games. Bets placed on excluded games do not contribute toward wagering.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through low-risk betting strategies, hedging, arbitrage or other methods designed to clear wagering with minimal risk is a breach of these Terms and may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• WC99 Game reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

7. Sports Betting Rules

WC99 Game accepts bets on a wide range of sporting events including Cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series), Football, Esports and other international competitions. All sports bets are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and event, which are available within the betting section of the platform.

• Bets are only confirmed once the system has accepted and recorded the wager. A confirmation message will be displayed and a bet ID assigned at this point.
• Pre-match odds are set before the event begins. In-play odds change in real time and the odds at the moment of confirmed placement are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the rules for that specific market — typically void or settled on the result at the time of abandonment, depending on the sport and market.
• WC99 Game reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at an obviously erroneous price or as a result of a technical error.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a betting market through coordinated play, insider information or external means will result in immediate account closure and all associated bets being voided.

For cricket specifically — including PSL fixtures, T20 World Cup matches and international series involving the Pakistan national team — settlement will follow the official result as declared by the relevant cricket authority. No-result or tied matches are settled according to the applicable market rules.

8. Casino & Slots

All casino games, slots and live casino tables available on WC99 Game use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by professional dealers. The outcomes of all games are determined by chance and cannot be influenced by the player or the platform.

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and represents the theoretical long-term average return. RTP does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game engine. The result will be recorded and credited or debited accordingly once connectivity is restored.
• WC99 Game is not responsible for losses resulting from internet disconnections, device failures or other technical issues on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface before play begins.
• Any game malfunction — including display errors, software faults or connectivity issues — voids all pays and plays for the affected round. WC99 Game will not honour payouts generated through a verifiable malfunction.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on WC99 Game. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and where applicable, permanent closure with forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in games or the betting system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any other multiplayer format.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Harassing, threatening or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other players or WC99 Game staff.
• Attempting to circumvent account closure, self-exclusion or any other restriction applied to your account.

WC99 Game employs active monitoring of account activity, betting patterns and payment behaviour. Accounts that display suspicious activity will be reviewed and may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

WC99 Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
• A court order, regulatory direction or legal obligation requiring the account to be closed.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method after any pending withdrawal reviews are complete.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the WC99 Game platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, game interfaces, text, software and promotional materials — is the property of WC99 Game or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability
